Was Friar Lawrence Responsible for the Deaths of Romeo and Juliet? Friar Lawrence is a priest. This priest was born Verona on the 1500. He wants the Capulets and Montagues to be friends and stop the fiery feud between these two idiotic families. He also wants to help the son of Lord and Lady Montague, Romeo and the daughter of Lord and Lady Capulet, Juliet to be together because he thinks that will stop the feud. Two reasons the Friar is responsible for the deaths of two teenagers, Romeo and Juliet. Firstly, this Friar got them married way too quickly strengthening their live for each other making them do more risks for each other. Secondly, he could’ve planned all this that has happened even the deaths of Mercutio and Tybalt as well as Romeo and Juliet’s deaths. Two reasons he isn’t responsible for the deaths of two teenagers, Romeo and Juliet. On one hand, Friar Lawrence is a man of God, he would never turn against God and disobey one of Ten Commandments because they’re the rules of life. On balance, if he wanted to kill them he could’ve killed them when they were married or any other chance he was alone with them. In conclusion, he is partly responsible for the deaths of two teenagers called Romeo and Juliet. He is responsible because he could’ve made sure he sent the worst monk to send the letter so it wouldn’t send it on time. He isn’t responsible because he’s friends to them and someone would never kill their own friends especially a man of God. I think he’s not responsible for their deaths because he could’ve killed them as soon as he met them but he didn’t. ]]	Level 4 Happiness	[[Monday 25th January 2021. Did Romeo and Juliet behave sensibly? Why? How? Give examples. No because they only met for a few minutes and they decided to marry the next day! 3. Are Romeo and Juliet’s parents responsible for their behaviour? Why? Their parents are responsible because if they didn’t fight everything would’ve ended out in an entirely different way. 4. How did Lord Capulet react when he learned that Romeo was at the party in the beginning of the play? Lord Capulet reacts to Romeo by just telling Tybalt to not do anything because of the Capulets and the Montagues fought the people that fought would be killed. 5. Did Romeo and Juliet ever tell their parents about their relationship? Why? No, Romeo and Juliet didn’t tell their parents because they are both from opposing families that hate each other so if they did they would be split up. 6. Why did Capulet want Juliet to marry Paris? The reason they wanted Juliet to marry Paris is so their family would be in a high position so they won’t be underlings to Paris and his family. 7. Were Romeo and Juliet’s deaths just a tragic accident? Why? Yes because the monk not sending the letter an accident which means it would to another accident and deaths are tragic. 8.
