1. Why did the Montagues and Capulets hate each other? | |||
2. Did Romeo and Juliet behave sensibly? Why? How? Give examples. No because they only met for a few minutes and they decided to marry the next day! | |||
3. Are Romeo and Juliet’s parents responsible for their behaviour? Why? Their parents are responsible because if they didn’t fight everything would’ve ended out in an entirely different way. | |||
4. How did Lord Capulet react when he learned that Romeo was at the party in the beginning of the play? Lord Capulet reacts to Romeo by just telling Tybalt to not do anything because of the Capulets and the Montagues fought the people that fought would be killed. | |||
5. Did Romeo and Juliet ever tell their parents about their relationship? Why? No, Romeo and Juliet didn’t tell their parents because they are both from opposing families that hate each other so if they did they would be split up. | |||
6. Why did Capulet want Juliet to marry Paris? The reason they wanted Juliet to marry Paris is so their family would be in a high position so they won’t be underlings to Paris and his family. | |||
