The Iron-Masked Marauder (Japanese: ビシャス Vicious) is the main antagonist in the fourth Pokémon movie, Celebi: Voice of the Forest.
He is an Elite Officer of Team Rocket. He appeared on 2nd June 2012 as an Event Exclusive Trainer in Pokémon Vortex v2.
In addition to the main prizes of the Iron-Masked Marauder event was the first sight of the glitched Pokémon Missingno. There was a 1:32 chance to obtain this in the prize claim after beating the event.
Once the Event was completed, the winner received a
