The first step to connecting a clan between the game and forums is to connect your in-game account to your forum account. To do this, first make sure you are logged into the Pokémon Vortex forums (When you registered to the game, your username was reserved on our forums. You simply choose to log in and use the same login info as your game account. You do not need to register).

Getting your forum clan ID
