Lottery screen in the Pokémart

The lottery on Pokémon Vortex is somewhat similar to a real lottery where you would purchase a ticket with numbers on and every so often (In Pokémon Vortex's case - weekly) random numbers will be drawn that are then checked against everyone's tickets for matches to determine winners.

Each ticket costs Pokédollars25,000 and can be purchased from the Pokémart in-game.

When you purchase a ticket, it will have a ticket number (increments in the order they are purchased by all users), three ticket numbers between 01 and 50 and the date your purchased the ticket. The ticket numbers is what you want to pay most attention to as these are the numbers that will be checked against the numbers drawn weekly on a Sunday at 00:00 UTC.

Theoretically it is possible for every single person who enters to win as well as it being possible for no one to win.

Winning Combinations

  • To win the lottery, you only need to get a single number but this win only counts as a refunded ticket win. If you get a single number on a ticket, your account will be credited with the value of the ticket which is Pokédollars25,000
  • All tickets that get two numbers that match the weekly drawn numbers will share 10% of the total ticket sale price*.
  • All tickets that get three numbers that match the weekly drawn numbers will share 20% of the total ticket sale price* and a random variant of Arceus (Unknown).
  • The order of the winning numbers to match a ticket are not taken into consideration. For example, if the winning numbers are 14-22-08, a ticket that is 22-08-14 will match as a winner.

*(This is the total amount from every ticket sold that week and amount won varies on number of tickets sold and number of winners in the pool)

Lottery Cycle

Each lottery cycle lasts 7 days - Sunday 00:00 UTC to Saturday 23:59 UTC.

When each lottery cycle ends, the winners are automatically awarded their prize money and all tickets from that week are removed as well as the ticket ID # being reset.

The previous week's Jackpot winners will then be displayed in the lottery section of the Pokémart.
