[[Volcanion]] was released on all fire maps during the day and night at 11th November 2014. ~~due to~~ some server ~~problems previous~~ days. It could be found in ~~it's~~ [[Normal_(Variant)|Normal]], [[Shiny_(Variant)|Shiny]], [[Dark_(Variant)|Dark]], [[Mystic_(Variant)|Mystic]], [[Metallic_(Variant)|Metallic]] and [[Shadow_(Variant)|Shadow]] variants ~~and~~ had ~~finding~~ rate ~~like~~ every other legendary Pokemon~~. It lasted until 12th November 2014~~.

This event was in celebration of some solved server issues that had persisted through a couple of days. Volcanions could have been found in their [[Normal_(Variant)|Normal]], [[Shiny_(Variant)|Shiny]], [[Dark_(Variant)|Dark]], [[Mystic_(Variant)|Mystic]], [[Metallic_(Variant)|Metallic]] and [[Shadow_(Variant)|Shadow]] variants. All had the appearance rate of every other legendary Pokemon.
