In order to obtain an [[Arceus (Water)]], players were require to complete [[Sinnoh#Sinnoh Side Quests|Sinnoh Side Quests]]. After a player had completed the Side Quests, then the event center allowed that player to exchange their Sinnoh Side Quest Ribbon into a Water Plate. With the Water Plate, it was possible to evolve an [[Arceus]] into an [[Arceus (Water)]]. The event lasted from the 28th of June 2016 to the 10th of July, 2016.
In order to obtain an [[Arceus (Water)]], players were require to complete [[Sinnoh]] [[sidequests]] to obtain the profile achievement ribbon. In the event center, the player could exchange this ribbon for the [[Items|item]] Splash Plate.
