Pikachu (Japanese: ピカチュウ Pikachu) is an Electric-type Pokémon. It evolves from Pichu when leveled up with high friendship and evolves into Raichu when exposed to a Thunder Stone.
Locations
Pikachu can be caught on all Grass Maps and Electric maps during the day and night.
It can be caught at any level between 35 and 46 and can only be found in it's Normal variant.
Availability
Pikachu is currently available within Pokémon Vortex through the following methods:
- Capture (Before all Gyms, Elite 4's, Battle Frontier's, Battle Maison complete)
- Evolution (Evolves from Pichu with 3 Happiness Points)
- Trade

With the game transition from Version 2 to Version 3, Ancient Pokémon were replaced with Metallic Pokémon. This change made it currently impossible to obtain the Ancient version of Pikachu and every other Pokémon. C
It is unsure whether these will be seen in the game again but development shows no interest of ever bringing them back.
