Time Constraints for Evolving Pokémon
Certain Pokémon must be evolved at certain times for a successful evolution. To evolve a Pokémon during the day, it must be between 7:00 and 19:00 in your local time. To evolve a Pokémon during the night, it must be between 19:00 and 7:00 in your local time. The only exception to these rules is Rockruff's evolution, where day evolutions are between 7:00 and 17:00, dusk evolutions are between 17:00 and 18:00, and night evolutions are between 18:00 and 7:00, all in your local time.
