In Pokémon Vortex, regional forms of certain Pokémon can be obtained. To be able to encounter Hisuian forms, a player must first obtain the Sinnoh Legendary Ribbon. However to evolve a regular Pokémon into a Hisuian form, players must be within the Sinnoh region of Sidequests. If the player passes the Sinnoh region, these forms will become unavailable until sidequests are reset and completed up to Sinnoh again.
